1. What the app provides
FirstShot lets users record golf practice, rounds, scorecards and performance statistics. Golf results are stored locally on the device and are not synced to a server in this version. A FirstShot account is used for sign-in, membership and purchase entitlements.
2. Free access and Premium
You can record rounds without registering. Statistics without active Premium include the three most recent completed rounds; older records remain on the device. Active Premium unlocks statistics from all saved completed rounds, Strokes Gained and statistics export to CSV/PDF.
Premium is intended to be a one-time 365-day membership with no automatic renewal. The intended base price is USD 29.99. Google Play displays the final price, currency, availability and any regional adjustments before purchase confirmation. The product is not yet active in Play Console; this section describes the intended model, not a currently available offer.
3. Purchases, gifts and membership
Google Play processes purchases in the Android app. A paid gift product may generate a code redeemable by another FirstShot account; the recipient needs their own account. Payment questions and refund requests follow the Google Play process, without affecting mandatory consumer rights. A FirstShot administrator may also grant Premium free of charge.
4. Statistics and golf disclaimer
Statistics are based on player-entered data and are for training and information. Scrambling counts par or better on a completed hole where the green was missed in regulation (GIR = no). A bunker save counts par or better on a completed hole marked as a greenside-bunker opportunity. Holes with missing inputs are excluded.
Strokes Gained uses the available benchmark model and is calculated only for supported distances and lies. This version does not issue an official WHS Handicap Index and does not guarantee scores or sporting results. The app is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
5. Account, password and deletion
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and your account information accurate. A password reset can be requested from the FirstShot Account screen. Deleting an account removes the separate FirstShot identity and its membership from the server; local golf records on the device are not deleted. Unused purchased gift codes remain subject to expiry terms and may no longer be displayed in the purchaser’s app after account deletion.
6. Privacy
Details about personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy on nicolesport.com. At the time this draft was prepared, the public page was marked as an operational draft and contained unfilled fields, especially for the controller, retention periods and public account-deletion procedure. The operator should review and complete it before the public FirstShot release.
7. Availability and changes
The operator may update the app, change features or temporarily restrict service for technical, security or legal reasons. Users will be notified of material changes to paid features in a manner appropriate to the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and consumer rights
This draft assumes the laws of the Czech Republic, based on the operator’s address. Mandatory consumer protection and the courts available in the consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract. A lawyer familiar with Czech and EU consumer law should review the document before publication.
